Black Jade Journal
Revealing new chapters in the African Diaspora
Welcome to Black Jade Journal. An online Afrocentric journal dedicated to the study of African peoples in ancient and modern Asia. The history of Blacks in Asia is a fascinating saga which spans a period of 50,000 years. This journal provides scholarly research backed by solid documentation. It seeks to bring to the public a forgotten chapter of world history. As you will see, the African presence in Asia played pivotal role in the making of Asian cultural traditions. It is my hope this site will educate the public about a relatively unknown chapter in man's history.
